SHELL & TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS

Shell & Tube heat exchangers as per TEMA & ASME section VII & Divi- sion 2. We provide low fin integral tubes for lube oil coolers & chiller barrels to enhance the heat transfer rate. We also provide effective tabula- tors to enhance heat transfer at affordable pressure drop. We carry chemical & hydro clean- ing repair & retubing of all types of shell & tube Heat exchangers at site & off site at company work place.

BOILER & HOT WATER GENERATOR

We supply fabricate steam boiler & hot water generator with all necessary accessories and ancil- lary equipment. We fix these equipment on site with all neces- sary accessories and ancillaries such as clarifiers & hest exchang- ers or steam coils. We also excute total piping header fixing and laying drain line as a turnkey solution. We have provide on site cleaning, servicing, repairing and re-tubing of boiler.

CHILLED WATER (AHU COILS)

  • Normally made of 1/2 and 5/8 OD seamless coper tube with higher wall thickness.
  • Headers are made of CS or coper pipes.
  • All units are hydro tested at 10 Bar for one hour to make sure the unit is leak free.
  • We remove old coils and install new coils with new drain panels if old panels are corroded.

COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL CHILLER SERVICES

  • All types of pipelines Cladding (Aluminium, Steel, other metals etc), for the heat pipe- lines, steam pipelines, hot water pipelines, oil & gas pipe- lines work is provided.
Vessel Insulation Work:
  • Any type of insulation (Prelate, foam, fiberglass batting, glass, Lampblack etc), are just some of the many forms of efficiant insulation work for the most of the types of vessels & mini tanks.

INSULATION AND CLADDING

Ammonia Pipeline Insulation:
  • Aluminium, steel etc. Sheets installation with injection of foam insulation materials or pre foamed insulation jackets inatallation services. Insulation is the process of keeping heat, sound or elec- tricity from spreading. If you can hear your neighbour snor- ing at night you might need better sound insulation.
